June 2009  Williams De Broë Limited assets under management break through £4.2bn

June 2006  Evolution agrees to acquire Williams De Broë  PLC from Williams De Broë  Holdings Ltd and ING Belgique S.A. Our private client fund management business is rebranded to Williams de Broë .
September 2004  Securities Business rebranded as Evolution Securities reflecting our focus on the UK Securities Market and our integrated offer to corporate and institutional clients.
June 2003 Evolution joins the full list of the London Stock Exchange and enters the FTSE 250 during March 2004.

Major restructuring of the investment banking business of Evolution Capital and Beeson Gregory to form newly branded Evolution Beeson Gregory.

July 2002 Evolution merges with Beeson Gregory Group Plc.
January 2002 Development continued of Evolution to form research led investment banking business with significant capability in secondary markets, equity sales & equity trading.
May 2001  Significant restructuring of Christows stockbroking business commenced which would ultimately produce a profitable & sustainable business.
April 2001 Acquisition of Evolution Group Limited and renamed The Evolution Group Plc.
April 2000   Merger with Christows Group. Renamed EVC Christows Plc.
