How can I donate share to charity?

When is your Annual General Meeting?

When are your dividends paid?

Evolution’s interim and final dividends are paid in October and June respectively. Details of the dates of payment can be found on the dividend history and financial calendar pages of this website.

How can I buy or sell Evolution Shares?

Our Registrars, Capita, offer a Share Deal service to enable small, existing shareholders to buy or sell shares through an on-line and telephone share dealing facility at www.capitadeal.com or by calling 0871 664 0454 (telephone dealing calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras, lines are open 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday). To deal on-line or by telephone you will need your surname, Investor Code reference number (which may be found on a recent share certificate or statement of tax voucher), full post code and your date of birth.
